ABOUT YOGA TEACHER TRAINING:

Phase 1:

Initiation is the foundation of VOLT Alchemy Yoga Teacher Training. This first module is an invitation to go deeper than the body, to learn yoga as a living lineage, and to discover how breath, movement, and attention become a precise tool for transformation. You will explore the roots of yoga, its philosophy, its ethical framework, and how the practice cultivates a bridge between mind, body, and soul. Our work is practical and embodied. We meet you where you are, and we gently expand your capacity to hold presence, to lead from clarity, and to teach with integrity.

Across this training you will learn how to teach poses with safety and accessibility at the center. You will gain concrete skills in sequencing, alignment, hands on assists, and verbal cues that honor anatomy and nervous system regulation. You will build confidence in using your voice as a leader, learning how to hold space for groups and individuals, how to read the room, and how to offer choices that invite inclusion and empowerment. Teaching is a skill you practice, refine, and integrate. We give you the feedback loops, practice hours, and mentorship to grow into an effective, compassionate teacher.

Phase 1 also opens your understanding of the subtle body. We map the chakra system and the field beyond it, integrating anatomy with energy, breath practices, and meditations that tune you to the inner architecture of presence. You will learn pranayama, foundational meditation techniques, and tools for nervous system regulation, all paired with clear safety guidelines and adaptations. These practices are taught so you can apply them responsibly on and off the mat, supporting students through both movement and stillness.

This training is for those who are serious about upholding the truth and purpose of yoga. We hold space for deep study, personal transformation, and practical skill building. Our approach is grounded, inclusive, and trauma-aware. We emphasize ethical teaching, consent, and how to create accessible classes that honor different bodies and histories. You will leave Phase 1 with a strong syllabus of tools: clear class plans, accessible sequences, breath and meditation protocols, and a confident sense of how to lead with presence.

VOLT Alchemy is more than a certificate. It is a commitment to practice that feeds your soul rather than inflates your ego. Phase 1: Training Dates are Saturdays & Sundays 9:30am-4:30pm IN PERSON

This program REQUIRES that you take at least 10 classes as well as shadow at least 2 classes.

You are also required to teach 1 community classes minimum and as many as you would like for your own growth and experience.

During the course of the program trainees receive unlimited yoga included in the price of your tuition.

Phase 2:

In this phase, you step beyond the mechanics of teaching and into the art of transmission. Building on the foundations of Phase 1, you’ll learn to weave the alchemical principles, VOLT methodology, and cosmic alignment into every class you create. This is where your teaching becomes more than instruction - it becomes a living, breathing current of transformation.

In this training, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the zodiac - their energies, archetypes, key themes, and direct connection to the body. Together, we work with the Sun and Moon as our two primary luminaries:

• The Sun as vitality, purpose, and outward expression (the masculine principle).

• The Moon as intuition, rhythm, and the inner landscape (the feminine principle).

As the zodiac wheel turns, each sign reveals a new energy to embody and teach. Aligning your classes with these rhythms creates energetic coherence through cosmic alignment - transforming your teaching into a living reflection of the cycles above and within.

Phase 2: Training Dates are Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 -8:30pm REMOTE
