If you’ve been looking for a space to offer your classes, workshops, or private sessions without giving up your autonomy, this is for you.

This has always been part of the vision. Not building a team of employees, but a network of collaborators.

Simple structure. Monthly rate. Consistent schedule. Keep what you earn.

Sacred Social House Collective is designed for practitioners who want a grounded, supportive space to grow their offerings while staying fully in charge of their own work.

Who this is for

The collective is open to aligned practitioners offering services such as yoga, mat Pilates, qi gong, breathwork, meditation, and similar wellness-based classes or experiences.

It is also a good fit for practitioners who want to offer private 1:1 sessions during off-peak hours in a warm, established studio environment.

How it works

Weekly class rentals

Collective members can secure a recurring weekly class time at Sacred Social House with a 3-month commitment. Your class will take place on the same day and time each week to help create consistency for your clients and support long-term growth.

This structure is meant to benefit both the practitioner and the community. Consistency helps people build routines, trust your offering, and know when to find you.

Monthly rental structure

We keep things simple and transparent. Your monthly investment is made up of a base class rate plus shared studio costs.

$20 - $35 per 90 minute time slot per week depending on day & time
(Example: 4–5 classes per month depending on the calendar)

This secures your consistent weekly time slot.

Additional Monthly Fees

To maintain the space and systems that support your classes, the following shared costs are included:

Booking System Fee
Covers scheduling software, payment processing integration, and client booking experience
$10 / month

Studio Supplies Fee
Includes essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, candles, cleaning products, and general studio upkeep
$5 / month

Cleaning Fee
Supports regular deep cleaning and maintenance of the space so your students always have a fresh place to practice
$5/ month

Estimated Monthly Total

Your total monthly investment will vary depending on the time slot you choose (peak hours vs non peak hours), how many times your class occurs in a given month (4 vs 5 weeks), and how many time slots you commit to.

Example 1 : 1 class per week at a $25 slot for 4 weeks - $120/month

Example 2: 2 classes per week (1 at a $20 slot and 1 at a $30 slot - 4 weeks) + 1 workshop per month - $225/month

Private 1:1 sessions

Collective members also have the option to rent the space for private 1:1 sessions during off-peak hours, based on availability.

This option is only available to practitioners who are active members of the collective.

Private 1:1 yoga space rental: $20 / hour

Workshops

Members who wish to host workshops may do so under a separate rental structure. Workshop opportunities are offered first to Collective members at a preferred rate, lower than one-time rentals.

Workshop rental: $35 / hour with 2 hour minimum, additional $25 for every hour after that.

Your Rates + Earnings

You set your own class pricing and keep 100% of what you earn.

We do not take a percentage of your income. This model is designed to give you full ownership over your offerings while operating within a shared space.

The only deduction is the credit card processing fee, which is applied per transaction and is subject to change in accordance with our booking software provider.

Scheduling and time slot policy

When you join the collective, you are reserving a recurring time slot. Because consistency matters, your weekly class or monthly workshop should remain in the same time slot throughout your commitment whenever possible.

If you are unavailable due to vacation, illness, or another scheduling conflict, you may either coordinate a swap with another collective member or move into an open time slot, if one is available.

Time slot changes are not guaranteed and depend on studio availability.

Important policies

All collective rentals are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Your reserved time slot is held specifically for you for the duration of your commitment. Because of that, missed classes, unused workshops, or scheduling conflicts do not result in credits or refunds.

While Sacred Social House is more than willing to share offerings with our existing clientele through social media and email, it is ultimately your responsibility to build your classes, workshops, and community.

We believe in collaboration over competition. We are happy to promote your offerings, and we expect the same mutual support in return.
