This class is a space to reset your system by reconnecting with something humans have worked with for thousands of years: the relationship between the body and the sky.

There was a time when understanding astrology wasn’t optional, it was required. Early physicians studied the stars to understand the body. Across cultures, the sky was used as a map for healing, timing, and diagnosis. Not because it was mystical for the sake of being mystical, but because it worked.

Each constellation has long been associated with specific regions of the body. The sky and the human system were never seen as separate. What moves above us is reflected within us.

We are made of the same elements as the stars. For the most part, upon our arrival into this life, that internal system is coherent, responsive, and alive. Over time, stress, conditioning, and life experiences can create distortion, tension, and disconnection from that natural rhythm.

Cosmic Recalibration is designed to bring you back into that rhythm.

Each month, we work with the current position of the sun and the “body of stars” it is moving through. This becomes the focus of the session, allowing us to bring awareness, breath, and energy into the corresponding areas of the body.

The practice is asana-free and intentionally crafted. You’ll be guided through pranayama, mudra, and mantra to shift your internal state, followed by hands-on energy work to support integration and regulation of the nervous system.

This is less about doing and more about allowing.
Less about pushing and more about realigning.

You don’t need to understand astrology to benefit from this class. You’ll feel the shift in your body.

Dress comfortably. Bring water, a mat, and anything that helps you feel supported like a pillow or blanket.

Note: This class works with the current, observable sky (true sidereal / organic sky), not tropical astrology. The focus is on what is actually happening in the sky now and how it relates to the body.
