We begin with an energetic cleanse using sacred smoke to clear the space and settle the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided through a meditation designed to open your awareness and bring you into a receptive, focused state.

Each circle includes intuitive development exercises such as reading energy, strengthening the clairs, partner practice, and learning how to interpret what you receive without overthinking it. We’ll also cover energetic boundaries, grounding techniques, and how to stay clear and regulated while opening up.

There is space for reflection, questions, and shared insight, along with optional mini practice readings to help you build confidence in real time.
