Live Your Light - Water Only Fast
Join me for a transformative 8-day(1 day prep, 5 day fast, 2 day refeed) guided water-only fast designed to help you release mental, emotional, and physical blockages.. With over a decade of experience as a Holistic Health Coach, Energy Healing Practitioner, and Spiritual Wellness Guide, I will lead you through each stage of the fast with gentle, empowering support to ensure you feel nourished, grounded, and in tune with your body every step of the way.

The Live Your Light - Water Only Fast is a powerful tool for reconnecting with your true essence. It helps clear mental, emotional, and physical blockages, giving you space to realign with your highest self. By fasting, you can release what no longer serves you, allowing your inner light to shine brighter and more fully.
Living your light is about honoring your soul’s calling and stepping into your power, and this fast is the first step in that journey.
What to Expect:
Day 1 - Preparation: Prepare your body and mind for the fast. This day will ensure a smooth transition into the fast. We will start with a morning live zoom talk about our goals and what to expect.
Days 2-6 - Fasting Phase: The core of the fast includes 5 full days of water-only fasting. Each day is supported by pre-recorded morning practices (may include yoga, breathwork, fascial release etc.) to help activate energy, clear blockages, and set your intention for the day. Every evening, we’ll gather live for a Zoom call (may include energy healing, breathwork, yoga nidra, or meditation) to relax, release, and integrate.
Days 7-8 - Refeed and Integration Phase: This Phase is crucial! After the fast, we’ll focus on gently and properly reintroducing food with the Refeed Phase to help ease your body back into digesting solid foods. You'll also receive a Seasonal Food Guide to help extend the benefits of your fast. Integration practices will be offered at this time to help fully absorb the benefits of your fast and reconnect with your body.
Telegram Group Chat: The Telegram group chat will be your space for daily check-ins, community support, and guidance. Share your experiences, ask questions, and connect with fellow participants for encouragement and accountability. I’ll be there to provide personal support and answer any questions that arise throughout your fast.
A comprehensive fasting guide will be provided, featuring helpful information, nutritious recipes for both pre- and post-fast meals, and additional optional tools and practices designed to enhance the benefits of your fasting experience.

Possible Side Effects of Water-Only Fasting
While fasting has many benefits, there are potential side effects that participants may experience, particularly in the early days of the fast:
Hunger and Cravings: The body may experience hunger pangs and food cravings, especially in the first few days. These sensations are temporary and typically subside as the body adjusts to the fasting state.
Fatigue: It’s common to feel tired or low in energy, especially in the first 1-3 days, as the body shifts from burning carbohydrates to burning fat for fuel.
Headaches: Headaches are a common side effect, often caused by the reduction of caffeine, sugar, or processed foods, or by dehydration.
Dizziness or Lightheadedness: Some people may feel lightheaded, particularly if they aren’t drinking enough water or are adjusting to the lack of food. Make sure to stay hydrated and listen to your body.
Digestive Discomfort: Bloating, constipation, or nausea can occur as the digestive system resets and detoxifies. This is usually temporary and improves after a few days.
Emotional Ups and Downs: Emotional release is a common part of fasting. Participants may experience mood swings or moments of irritability as the body clears out toxins and emotional blockages.
Electrolyte Imbalance: In extended fasts, there’s a risk of losing vital minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium. This can lead to symptoms such as muscle cramps or heart palpitations. It’s important to monitor hydration. Electrolyte supplementation is crucial.
Careful Considerations for Participants with Contraindications
While fasting can be deeply healing, it's important to be mindful of individual health conditions. Please carefully review the following considerations before committing to the fast:
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Water-only fasting is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding as it may deprive both the mother and baby of essential nutrients.
Eating Disorders: Individuals with a history of eating disorders may find that fasting triggers unhealthy relationships with food. This program is not suitable for those struggling with anorexia, bulimia, or other eating disorders.
Severe Underweight: If you are underweight or have a history of malnutrition, fasting may not be appropriate for you, as it could lead to further physical depletion.
Heart Conditions or High Blood Pressure: Fasting can impact blood pressure and heart function. If you have heart conditions or high blood pressure, please consult with your healthcare provider before beginning.
Diabetes or Blood Sugar Imbalances: People with diabetes or blood sugar imbalances should be cautious, as fasting may cause dangerous blood sugar fluctuations. Please check with your doctor before joining the fast.
Kidney or Liver Disease: Fasting can place strain on the kidneys and liver as they process toxins. If you have kidney or liver issues, fasting should only be undertaken with medical supervision.
Mental Health Conditions: Individuals with mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder, should consult their healthcare provider before starting the fast. Fasting can affect mood regulation and cognitive function.
Chronic Illnesses or Immunodeficiency: Those with chronic illnesses or weakened immune systems should seek professional advice before beginning a fast, as it may impact their body’s ability to heal or fight infections.
