Jamie will guide you through a VOLT Alchemy yoga practice intended to gently shake loose residual energy from the Wood Snake cycle and bring the body into a state of stability and readiness. The practice emphasizes circulation, spinal activation, and nervous system regulation, allowing release to happen without force or overwhelm.

From there, you will settle into a deeply receptive state as Quest leads a sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. The sound supports integration, calming the nervous system and opening space for deeper energetic release.

While you rest, Jamie will move through the room offering gentle energy clearing, supporting the release of lingering patterns and helping to stabilize your energetic field. This allows you to consciously step into the Fire Horse cycle feeling clearer, grounded, and aligned with the momentum ahead.
